"Very poor service. Room doesn't have any amenities. As basic as towel and toothbrush are also not provided. Breakfast is also not provided on time. Poor quality food and 0 hygiene is maintained in the kitchen.Never stay in this hotel."

"The staff is the worst I came across. They are not capable to manage cleanliness, room service or anything that is asked for. The room is not cleaned despite requesting to clean. The reception desk acts surprised when it's brought to their notice that our requests are not met. They will take 2 hours to serve in-room. Even for a simple breakfast or soup, they will take hours. Without follow up, you will never get what you asked for. The towels and sheets are never changed despite giving them clear instructions to do so."
